Costs
We've kept the prices as low as we can once again. There are two options - one for people staying at the hostel and one for those who want to stay in a local B&B instead. All prices include Friday's dinner, Saturday's lunch and dinner, sunday's lunch, coach travel, workshops and materials other than those we tell you to bring. Those staying at the hostel also get two nights accommodation and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
All-inclusive price - £190
Non-resident price - £170
Saturday daytime only price - £85
The Saturday daytime price includes lunch, dinner at the hostel, coach travel and visits to all the venues for Saturday.
Everyone needs to pay a £50 non-refundable deposit within one week of booking. You will be taken to the payment page once you have filled in and submitted the booking form. Howveer, the button is also below. Simply select the option you want fromt he drop dpwn menu and click 'buy now'.
Paying by Cheque
Payments can be made by cheque, made payable to Alex Whittaker. Please email for the address to send the cheque to. However, we do prefer payments by paypal.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking we will refund the amount you have paid (minus the £50 deposit) as long as you cancel by 1 February. After this date we will only be able to refund your payment (minus the £50 deposit) if someone else books and effectively takes your place.
Spreading Your Payments
Everyone needs to pay the £50 non-refundable deposit within one week of booking. However, you can then choose to spread the rest of your payment over the time between booking and 1 February, when the final payments must be received. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to A Whittaker) or by paypal (to littlelixie at hotmaildotcom).
After paying the deposit you can pay the remaining balance in one payment. In this incurs no additional admin fee.
If you pay the deposit and then split the balance into two further payments you will incur one admin fee of £2.
If you pay the deposit and then split the balance into three further payments you will incur two admin fees of £2 each.
And so on!
Just remember that the balance MUST be paid by 1 February 2009.
